I first started building cybernetics as a kid in Ukraine, because I believed in AI's potential to transform humanity. Decades later, I got serious about building with AI long before ChatGPT made everyone an expert—back when "machine learning" still raised eyebrows in boardrooms.
I've shipped 34 AI products across biotech, cybersecurity, IoT, fintech, and more. And the pattern is always the same: AI fails when teams ignore ROI, misjudge risk, and convince themselves their data is "ready." They chase the wrong use case. They over-engineer. And they burn months on work that never had a shot at delivering value.
